Collaborators uploading a new audio stream work for the first time warrant that they shall ensure that they are not violating any third party copyright including performers rights and any other allied intellectual property rights in any manner whatsoever. In the event that the work is substantially derived from a pre-existing copyrighted work, the collaborator shall ensure that they have obtained prior permission from the author or that the use is in accordance with the fair use provisions in the jurisdiction of the collaborator.
